Our 140 sq.m. air-conditioned penthouse-apartment around Marbella is situated only a stonethrow away from the beach. It offers you 3 exclusive bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest lavatory, 1 living-room, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 2 exclusive terraces

from which you have a partial view over the Mediterranean. Additionally you will find and a reserved parking lo. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and all over the Resort.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The minimum rental period of our apartment is 7 days. The maximum amount of guest shall not exceed 6 persons.

 

General Prices:
Low-season (21st September to 31st March):
– 1.400,00 EUR/Week
– 200,00 EUR/Additional night

Pre-season (1st April to 30th June):
– 1.750,00 EUR/Week
– 250,00 EUR/Additional night

High-season (1st July to 20th September) :
– 2.100,00 EUR/Week
– 300,00 EUR/Additional night

Exit Cleaning: 120,00 EUR
Exit Laundry: 80,00 EUR

A security deposit of 150,00 EUR will be charged until final accounting takes place. The bond will be reimbursed within 2-4 weeks after your holiday. 50% of the rent is due for payment after booking confirmation.

At Christmas / New Year (2 weeks, 20.12.- 04.01.) and Easter (1 week per year) high season prices apply. Prices for long-term bookings (more than 8 weeks) will be individually negotiated (not possible in High-season).

Optional Services:
Maid service: 18,00 EUR/hour

Intermediate cleaning including change of linen and towels can be arranged for additional costs.

Simply Great!

Great apartment with great amenities, which is in very good condition. Great sea view from the roof terrace, great area with very nice gardens. Everything was very quiet and well maintained. 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Great landlords, who are superfriendly. If the beach is too sandy, you can stay at the beach pool and have a look at the beach from there.

Apartment with 2 fantastic terraces directly by the sea!

We enjoyed our stay with our 2 children at Dominion Beach Palladio 73 from start to finish. The apartment is very beautiful and equipped with attention to detail. It mixes the typical Spanish interior design style with modern interior design ideas! The kitchen is new and very fully equipped, the bedrooms and the living room are also very cozy.

The best is the spacious terrace, which flows smoothly to the apartment, if you open all the sliding doors. It is private, nobody can see inside and you have the view directly to the sea! Even when situated in the 2nd row.

In the morning I liked to do yoga on the 100 sqm roof terrace (2nd terrace !!!), which can easily be reached via an outside staircase! A dream! Especially our children enjoyed the pool area and for lunch we liked to eat in the restaurant in the nice Dominion Beach with direct seaview. Along the beach you can go for long walks and it feels like a private beach, because the area is difficult for externals to reach.

Nearby is a supermarket and priceless: a wonderful horse stable with very nice staff, if you want to go horseback riding in the nature or a private riding lesson. We can highly recommend this apartment and have already booked for next summer!

Wonderful getaway in fall with loads of sunshine...

The apartment is spacious and the location unique. Two terraces overlook the sea. A car is mandatory, as shopping and reasonable restaurants are within walking distance. We, family with 3 children, had a great stay and fully recommend the penthouse of the family Freytag.

Fabulous apartment and location!

The apartment is fabulous- spacious and light, in excellent condition and a minute walk to the pool and beach. There is an excellent new kitchen and plenty of storage /wardrobe space. There is a sea view from the terrace and a fabulous roof terrace for an even better view. The owner was very helpful and even contacted me on our first day to check everything was OK. The Dominion Beach resort itself is peaceful, spotlessly clean with well maintained gardens and 2 lovely pools. The resort restaurant serves really good food at a reasonable price. I totally recommend this apartment and we hope to go again one day.

Very comfortable penthouse, exactly as described...!!!

We really loved this penthouse. Nothing ist missing and it is very nicely decorated. The kitchen is brand new and equipped with everything you need. The terrace is beautiful and you have a great sea view, where you have always spent hours in the evening. We were there with 5 people. You find two large bathrooms and a guest toilet in the apartment. The master bathroom can be entered directly from the large bedroom. We definitely had enough space. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

The pool area is within a two minutes walk. There were enough sunbeds in the morning and the pool area has been cleaned every day. The beach is a bit rocky, but still very nice. There were also enough beach chairs available. A car for shopping is necessary in my opinion. Shops are nearby, but not within walking distance. Overall, a very nice holiday. We have recovered a lot. The landlord was always available for questions. Thanks again. We can fully recommend the penthouse.

Spacious apartment in very well maintained complex

As a family with three children (11, 15, 16) we have experienced two very exciting weeks in the apartment on the Costa del Sol. The apartment ist very spacious and is equipped with everything you need as a family. The kitchen has just been renovated recently and is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, oven and a fridge-freezer. All in all very modern.

From the terrace you have a great view of the sea and on the top roof terrace you are able enjoy the sun from early morning until late night. The two pools in the complex are well maintained and within walking distance from the apartment. For those who prefer to swim or paddle in the sea, have it not much further. In the area there are numerous shops, which are within easy reach by car. If we had any questions or problems, the landlord was always available with competent advice - he really takes care of his guests whenever necessary. Thanks a lot for this!

Direction from Malaga

From Malaga airport take the AP-7 south-west to Marbella. After 40km leave the AP-7 (exit 181) and take the A-7 directed to San Pedro de Alcántara / Estepona / Algeciras about 20km further to the southwest.

Before Estepona is an exit to an Aldi Market (cambio de sentido). Change direction under A-7 back to Marbella. After 1km you will find the Dominion Beach Resort to your right hand.
